01Digital delivery
All MEMZO services are delivered digitally. We do not ship physical products, so there are no shipping charges or delivery addresses.
02What you receive and how

| Token creation | Contract deployed to the network you choose; the contract address, verification link and configuration summary are sent to you by email. |
| Branding | Logo, palette, typography and artwork files shared by email or a download link, in standard formats (SVG, PNG and others as listed in your plan). |
| Website / landing page | Published to your domain or hosting, with access details handed over to you. |
| Launch and listings | Launch checklist, content and a record of every submission we made on your behalf. |
| Ongoing management | Delivered continuously during the agreed period, with regular reporting where your plan includes it. |
03Timelines
Your plan or quote gives an estimated timeline. It starts when payment is received and we have the information we need from you. Timelines depend on how quickly you review and approve work, so delays in feedback move the schedule.
04Reviews and revisions
We ask you to review key deliverables — especially your token configuration — before they are finalised. Revision rounds are included as described in your plan or quote; further changes can be quoted separately.
05Handover and access
At handover you receive the files, addresses and access details for everything we built for you. Change any passwords we set up during the project. MEMZO never takes custody of your wallets or funds.
06Delivery problems
If a delivery is missing or does not match what you ordered, contact us within 14 days. Our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy explains what happens next.
