01Who we are
This policy explains how Memzo Inc. (“MEMZO”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal information when you visit memzo.cc, create an account, contact us or buy our services. We are the controller of that information.
02Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details: your name, email address and, if you choose, a Telegram or X handle.
- Account details: the name, email and password you register with (passwords are stored only in hashed form).
- Project details: token name, plan, timeline, messages and any files or brand material you send us.
- Wallet addresses you share so we can deploy or configure a token. We never ask for private keys or seed phrases.
- Billing details: handled by our payment provider. We receive confirmation of payment, not your full card number.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type and pages visited, recorded in standard server logs.
- Small items stored in your browser, such as your light/dark theme choice. See our Cookie Policy.
03How we use your information
- To reply to enquiries and prepare quotes.
- To provide the services you buy, including token deployment, branding, websites and launch support.
- To run your account, take payment and keep business and tax records.
- To keep the site and our services secure and prevent fraud or misuse.
- To send service messages about your project. We only send marketing emails if you opt in, and you can opt out at any time.
04Legal bases
Where data-protection laws such as the GDPR apply, we rely on: performing our contract with you; our legitimate interests in running and securing our business; complying with legal obligations; and your consent where we ask for it (you can withdraw consent at any time).
06Public blockchain data
Anything written to a public blockchain — token contracts, wallet addresses and transactions — is public and permanent. Neither MEMZO nor anyone else can edit or delete it, so the deletion rights below cannot apply to on-chain data.
07International transfers
Our team is remote-first and our providers may be located in other countries. When we transfer personal information across borders we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, where the law requires them.
08How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact, client and billing records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, and account data until you close your account. Then we delete or anonymise it.
09Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and keep your wallet keys to yourself.
10Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict certain uses, and to withdraw consent. To use any of these rights, email hello@memzo.cc. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
11Children
MEMZO is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
12Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date at the top of the page, and if a change materially affects you we will tell you by email or with a notice on the site before it takes effect.
