Refund, Return & Cancellation

How cancellations and refunds work for MEMZO’s digital services, including what can and cannot be refunded after a token is deployed.

01Overview

MEMZO sells digital services, not physical goods, so there is nothing to ship back. In this policy a “return” means cancelling a service and asking for your money back. Because some steps — especially deploying a token to a blockchain — cannot be undone, what we can refund depends on how far the work has gone.

Nothing in this policy affects rights you have under consumer law where you live.

02At a glance

When you cancelWhat you get back
Before any work has startedA full refund.
After work has started, before token deploymentA refund of the price minus the value of work already delivered (see stages below).
After the token has been deployedThe deployment portion is non-refundable. Services not yet started are refunded.
Ongoing services (e.g. community management)Stop at any time. Periods already delivered are not refunded.
Gas, liquidity and third-party feesNot refundable once spent or paid to the third party.

03How work is valued

If you cancel part-way through, we deduct the stages already completed:

  • Configuration and review of your token settings.
  • Token deployment and contract verification.
  • Brand identity, logo and artwork delivered for review.
  • Website or landing page built.
  • Launch materials prepared and listing submissions made.

We show you the breakdown before any refund is processed. For custom quotes, the stage values in your quote apply.

04If we get it wrong

If we fail to deliver something included in your plan or quote, or deploy a token that does not match the configuration you approved, tell us within 14 days of delivery. We will fix it at no charge or, if we cannot, refund the part of the price for that item.

05What is not a reason for a refund

  • Token price, market capitalisation, trading volume, liquidity or holder numbers.
  • A third-party platform declining, delaying or removing a listing.
  • Market conditions, network congestion or changes in gas prices.
  • Changing your mind about details you reviewed and approved before deployment.
  • Services stopped because of a breach of our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.

06How to request a refund

Email hello@memzo.cc with the subject “Refund request”, your order or quote reference and a short explanation. We will confirm what can be refunded and why.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within a maximum of 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take longer to show it.

07Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback — it is usually faster. If a chargeback is opened, we may pause work on the project while it is resolved.

08Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date at the top of the page, and if a change materially affects you we will tell you by email or with a notice on the site before it takes effect.
