01Why this policy exists
MEMZO helps people launch meme tokens. We only want to help launch projects that are honest with their communities. This policy lists what we will not help with. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
02Prohibited projects and conduct
- Scams, “rug pulls”, honeypot contracts or any plan to take holders’ money dishonestly.
- Promising or implying guaranteed profits, returns or price targets.
- Offering a token as an investment, share, profit-share or security where that requires authorisation you do not have.
- Impersonating an existing project, company, public figure or brand, or suggesting a partnership or endorsement that does not exist.
- Using names, logos or images you do not have the rights to.
- Market manipulation, including wash trading, spoofing or coordinated pump-and-dump schemes.
- Money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion or dealing with sanctioned people or places.
- Content that is illegal, sexually exploits minors, promotes violence or hatred, or harasses people.
- Spam, fake engagement, bot networks or misleading advertising.
- Attempting to hack, overload or misuse MEMZO systems or other people’s accounts.
03What we may do
We may ask questions about a project, refuse or stop work, remove content we host, suspend accounts and, where the law requires, report activity to the authorities. Fees for work stopped because of a breach are handled under our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.
04Reporting misuse
If you believe a project is misusing MEMZO or impersonating us, email hello@memzo.cc with the subject “Abuse report” and any links or contract addresses.
